I would love to know if this site is really going to send fuel to some brit's house? I tried to find out if it was real, but the site returned and error and said to try again later.

I admire the irony if it is a hoax....

Otherwise it seems to have a couple of flaws in the overall safety of it's product and / or consumers. Not to mention the issue of the postal service hauling around explosive materials.
